Great article, but I think regulation should be done very carefully. You mention also the collapse of FTX last year. But this was a clear fraud under the eyes of the SEC. And to remember the banking collapse of Lehman Brothers, it shows that scammers are always find its way to harm. These where criminal activities. Regulations should be build clear and uncomplicated frameworks to foster new technology in the first place.
